Warranty Coverage
Moorigin jewelry comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. A warranty card must be provided to access warranty services. Within the warranty period, if the product sustains damage due to non-human factors, it is eligible for one free repair. However, damages caused by pendant loss, personal wearing habits, surface wear, improper pressure, deformation, or other evident human factors are not covered. For repairs beyond the warranty period or those caused by human factors, please contact customer service to confirm feasibility and related costs.
Repair Guidelines
The shipping cost for sending and returning the repaired item must be covered by the customer. Repairs will be returned via SF Express with a freight collect fee of NT$95. If purchasing additional products, you may contact customer service to combine the repaired item with your order to reduce shipping costs.
