Return Policy
We hope you enjoy every purchase from moorigin. However, if you wish to return an item for any reason, please notify us via email at service@moorigin.com within 7 days of receipt. Kindly provide the following details:

  • Contact number
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
Once our customer service team receives your request, we will assist you with the return process.
※ Currently, we only offer returns and do not provide exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item. We appreciate your understanding.

7-Day Appreciation Period (Not a Trial Period)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers (including the recipient, family members, or building managers) have 7 days from the date of receipt to return a product in its original, unused condition with complete packaging.
If your package was signed for by a building manager or concierge, the 7-day period starts from the day they receive it. Please be mindful of this timeframe.

Return Policy Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
  • Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
  • The product has been opened, used, or damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, breakage, wear and tear, scratches, or dirt.
  • The product is not in its original packaging, or the invoice and accessories are missing.
  • Cases of malicious or excessive returns.
  • Items purchased through other platforms or physical stores are not eligible for returns through our website.

Return Process

  1. Prepare the complete product, including packaging and invoice.
  1. Provide your pickup time, contact information, and return address.
  1. Our designated logistics partner will collect the return package.

Refund Policy
  • Credit Card Payments: Once the return is successfully processed, the refund will be issued back to the original credit card used for payment.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: Once the return is successfully processed, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide.
